And no, perhaps not the smartest idea in hind sight, but it is done, and documented.

Living or dead is debatable. It lives, but now suffers from narcolepsy: If ones pause to think, stops typing or navigating, the thin aluminum wonder shuts down, in the surprising span of 4 to 5 seconds.
